BREITSCHOPF is one of the two largest family-run kitchen producers in Austria. BREITSCHOPF's main markets are Austria and Germany.

From the year 2000 onwards, there has been a continuous expansion of the sales team and the nationwide expansion of the flagship stores and showrooms. More than 45 sales consultants work in these locations.

  • BREITSCHOPF has been working with SELLSATION CRM since 2017. The goal was to introduce a very powerful CRM solution, but at the same time with a high level of user-friendliness, which offers high benefits for the sales teams and with which the sales consultants enjoy working without wasting time. For this purpose, BREITSCHOPF uses the SELLSATION email campaign feature, which enables perfect e-mail campaigns to be created with just a few mouse clicks.

  • The benefit or yield of marketing measures (trade fairs, advertising campaigns, etc.) can be evaluated with pinpoint accuracy.

  • The SELLSATION pipeline navigates over 45 BREITSCHOPF direct sellers and independent sales representatives through optimal sales and acquisition processesto more deals. Success-critical activities such as offer follow-up are ensured. Customers who are not optimally looked after and unused sales opportunities are immediately visible with a traffic light system.
